Nowadays, a new computer will have at least 4GB RAM, sometimes may even have 8GB or 16GB RAM. Some people will use part of the RAM to setup a RAM disk. If you have a RAM disk, it may be a good idea to move your browser cache to the RAM disk in order to speed up when you are using your browser.

4. Right click -> New -> String
5. Input browser.cache.disk.parent_directory for preference name
6. Input Z:FirefoxCache for value
7. Restart your Firefox

Internet Explorer

1. Select Start button and Run
2. Type regedit
3. Find the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerUser Shell FoldersCache
